Spaghetti is a favorite disk of all us. I always try to taste different types of dishes. In this Spaghetti with Herb Sauce recipe, you can add just one favorite herb or several herbs for this Spaghetti recipe. You can make it in the simplest way that is just to dress up spaghetti or pasta. The dish will be tastiest and yummiest.
Ingredients: Spaghetti with Herb Sauce
14 ounces spaghetti
Parmesan cheese, grated to serve
For the Herb Sauce
2 good handfuls mixed herbs for sauce
Extra herbs flower and leave to garnish
½ cup butter
Salt and black pepper
Preparation Method: Spaghetti with Herb Sauce
Cook the spaghetti or pasta in the lightly salted water according to the cooking instructions on the package, until almost al dente.
To make the herb sauce, chop the herbs thickly or finely according to your choice.
When the spaghetti or pasta is almost done, melt the butter in a large frying pan. As soon as it sizzles, drain the spaghetti or pasta and add it to the saucepan then sprinkle in the herbs with salt and black pepper to taste.
Toss over the medium heat until the pasta is coated in butter and herbs well.
Serve immediately on the warmed plates, sprinkled with extra herb leaves and flowers. Keep some extra grated Parmesan cheese separately to garnish, if anybody desire.
If you like the flavor of garlic with herbs, add 2 crushed garlic cloves when melting the butter.
