  • Breadcrumbs – ½ Cups

  • Korean Chili Paste – 2 tablespoons
  • Kosher Salt – 1 teaspoon
  • White Pepper Ground – ½ teaspoon
  • Canola Oil – 2 tablespoons

 

Glaze

Rice Vinegar – 1 ½ tablespoon

Korean Chili Paste 2 tablespoons

Apricot Preserves – 1/3 Cup

Soy Sauce – 1 tablespoon

Toasted sesame seeds and green sliced onions for garnishing

Take a large size bowl and mix meatball ingredients. Do not mix the oil at this stage. To make quality meatballs, it is not necessary to over mix the ingredients, combine all the ingredients gently and make golf size balls.

Preheat oven at 350 F. In a large skillet and heat oil at the medium-high flame. Fry the balls to get brown color and transfer them to baking pan. Bake these balls for 10 minutes in an oven.

Take a saucepot and mix glaze ingredients. Cook these ingredients for 5 minutes at medium heat to get slightly thick material.
