  • Broccoli frozen 1 ½ cups (stir fry)
  • Cooking spray
  • Dark sesame oil 2 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper ¼ tsp

  • Green onions sliced
  • Green soy beans frozen 1 cup
  • Egg substitute ½ cup

  • In a bowl resistant to microwave mix broccoli and the edamame. Put it in microwave at HIGH for two minutes.

 

  • While the vegetables are being soften, heat a larger nonstick frying pan on medium level heat and use cooking spray for coating. Insert the egg substitutes and allow it to get cooked for two minutes and stir in a frequent manner till scrambled. Remove it from the pan and wipe it with the help of paper towel.
