Stir-Fried Beef with Onion Recipe
Ingredients:
1 kg beef
1 cup oil
3 large onions
1 bunch of garlic
1 piece of ginger
Salt as taste
1 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp Red chili
2 tbsp soya sauce
4-5 green or red chilies
Stir-Fried Beef with Onion Recipe
Preparation Method:
Clean and wash the beef.
Cut it into thin slice.
Then cut the onion in round shape.
In a deep pan add oil.
Heat it up.
Add garlic chopped.
Fry it for a few seconds then add chopped ginger.
Fry it and add beef.
Mix it well.
Stir continuously till beef color is change.
Add turmeric powder, salt, red chili, and whole red chili and mix it well.
Cover it and cook for 20 -25 minutes.
Then add onion mix in upside down.
Cover until each and everything is well cooked.
Add soya sauce and mix it well.
Delicious and mouthwatering Stir-Fried Beef with Onion is ready.
Serve it with Rice.
