Lamb thin slices 1 kg
Cucumber (medium) 1
Cornflour 2 tablespoons
Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
Chicken stock 300 ml
Vegetable oil 2 tablespoons
Garlic (finely chopped) 1 clove
Onion (finely chopped) 1 large
Ginger (finely chopped) 1 teaspoon

Cut the boneless lamb into thin strips about 5 centimeter.
Wipe but does not peel the cucumber, then cut into quarters lengthways, trimming off the ends. Scoop out the seeds with a teaspoon. Cut the pieces into 2.5 cm (1 inch) lengths.
