Softened the butter and mixed powdered sugar. Combine well until the butter and powdered sugar are combined well to a delicate mixture.

Add the low-gluten flour to the mixture, turn it up from the bottom, press down, and mix until the powder is evenly mixed and no flour is left.

Step 3

Use plastic bags to shape, according to the size of the puffs you are making, shape them into a cylinder shape. Put them in the refrigerator to make them a little hard, it will be easy to cut. Be careful and not to make too hard.

(Now start making puffs and start preheating the oven). Add milk, butter, and sugar in a bowl.

Heat it on a low flame for 1 minute and bring it to a boil.

Add the sieved low-gluten flour, quickly stir and make a smooth mixture until no particles appeared in it, and then turn off the heat.

Step 7

Put all the eggs into the bowl first, add in the ready batter one by one, and stir quickly after adding each egg. Check the appropriate amount consistency while adding the third one. Observe the thickness of the batter and lift it with a mixture triangle.

Take a large piping bag and place the batter in it.

Take a non-stick baking tray, squeeze it out evenly on it, squeeze it straight up, and (if the baking tray is non-sticky, use grease paper).

After the meringue is refrigerated, it is slightly firm, which is convenient for cutting and use. If it is not easily cut, you can first put it back in the warm to make delicious puff pastry.

Put in a preheated oven, bake for 10 minutes at 200 degrees on high heat and 160 degrees at low heat, turn to 180 degrees on heat, bake at 160 degrees for 15 minutes, and do not turn on the oven for the first 10 minutes. Yes, the upper and lower fire is 180 degrees; bake 25-30 minutes, the last five minutes depends on the temperature, because the temperature of each oven is different. Keep watching but do not paint too much.
