Sweet Potato Nacho Recipe is a Spanish dish. Nachos are one of the most popular dishes are shared by the Super Bowl Sunday. This Tex-Mex dish is originated from the northern Mexico. The dish ingredients are tortilla chips that are covered with the cheese or cheese-based sauce.  Normally Sweet Potato Nacho is served as a snack. Ingredients: Sweet Potato Nacho Recipe

 

  • Sweet potatoes               3 large
  • Black beans                     250 grams
  • Coconut oil                      1 ½ tbsp
  • Tomatoes                        2
  • Paprika                            1 tbsp
  • Shallot                              1
  • Garlic cloves                    2
  • Guacamole                       2 tbsp
  • Salt & pepper                  as required
  • Low fat yogurt                2 tbsp
  • Cheddar cheese              4 tbsp
  • Chopped coriander         1 tbsp

 

 

 

Preparation Method: Sweet Potato Nacho 

 

In the form of thin layers sweet potatoes should be sliced. You need to keep these layers thinner because it will make the nachos crispy.

Take a bowl and mix 1 ½ teaspoon of coconut oil, two crushed garlic cloves, and one tablespoon of paprika, pepper and salt. In this mixture toss the sliced potatoes.

Next step is to put the sliced sweet potatoes upon baking paper and then upon a baking tray. The pieces of sweet potatoes should be laid in the form of one layer and make sure that slices don’t overlap.

Preheat the oven to 340 F and bake the slices for 25 minutes.

It is best to ensure that both sides have been baked in an even fashion.

After removing the sweet potatoes from oven, make the addition of black beans according to your requirements and sprinkle grated cheese.

Now again place sweet potatoes inside oven and heat till the cheese get melted completely.

Transfer nachos into a plate and make the addition of desired topping.

 

Sweet Potato Nacho  is ready to serve.
