Ingredients:

Tandoori Beef  Pasanday Recipe

 

Beef undercut (cut into plane steaks), 250 grams

Tandoori Masala (packet), 3 tbsp

Ginger and garlic paste, 1 tbsp

Yogurt, 2 tbsp

Lemon, 2

Salt, to taste

Cooking Oil, for frying

Onion, lettuce, Coriander, and lemon, for garnishing

Marinate the beef undercut steaks with ginger/garlic paste, Tandoori masala, yogurt, and lemon juice and keep in the refrigerator for two hours.

 

Heat-up the grill pan or iron grilled and grease it. Now you start grilling the beef portions from both the sides.

 

Garnish Beef Pasanda with onion, lettuce, Coriander, and lemon wedges and serve it.
