Furthermore, a typical Indian coriander sauce is also prepared to accompany the tandoori chicken. It is ideally served with basmati rice. Moreover, you can also eat with Tandori nan. Ingredients:

Tandoori Chicken and Coriander Sauce | Indian Cuisine

2 chicken legs

Vegetable oil

1 cup velvety yogurt

Tandoori Spices

Lime

Garlic

Ginger

The Coriander Sauce Recipe:

1 bunch of fresh coriander

1 cup Greek yogurt

Cumin seeds

1 lime

Salt

Preparation Method:

Make incisions in the chicken legs.

Prepare a marinade: chop garlic and ginger into a bowl, add yogurt, oil, lemon juice, and tandoori spices.

Mix well and soak in the chicken legs, impregnating them.

Keep cool for at least an hour, ideally 3 or 4 hours.

Arrange the chicken legs on a grid lined with aluminum foil and put in the top of the oven at 220° for 30 minutes.

Preparing the Coriander Sauce:

Initially, mix the bunch of coriander with lemon juice, 1

tablespoon yogurt, 1 good pinch of salt and cumin seeds.

Then add the rest of the yogurt.

Place it in the oven and cook for 15 minutes until brown.

Moreover, you can cook on  barbeque also.

Keep cool and serve with grilled chicken legs.
