Tandoori Chicken Recipe

  • 600 grams Chicken
  • 150 grams Yogurt
  • 2 Lemon
  • 1 tbsp red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/3 tsp Turmeric
  • Salt to taste
  • 900 grams Oil

 

 

Preparation Method: Tandoori Chicken Recipe

 

  • Take a bowl and add salt, red chili, pepper powder, salt,Yogurt  and cumin powder.
  • Mix the ingredients thoroughly.
  • Wash the chicken and wait for the marinade.
  • Use a knife and cut down the pieces partially from the middle.
  • The cut should be deep inside the chicken.
  • Apply marinade after two hours.
  • Use a bowl to dip the chicken into marinade.
  • Wait for 30 minutes.
  • Use an Oven and heat at a moderate level.
  • Use a foil to warp the chicken
  • The foil should also be coated with the oil.
  • Place the wrapped chicken pieces onto the baking tray.
  • Use a cup of water and pour water on the tray.
  • Place the tray in the Oven.
  • Wait for the chicken to get brown
  • Remove the chicken from the Oven.
  • Sprinkle spice onto the chicken.
  • Heat the grill.
  • Place the chicken pieces onto the grill.
  • Heat the chicken pieces on the grill for about 5 minutes.
  • Remove the chicken
  • Add some lemon juice to the chicken.
  • Sprinkle some spices.
  • Use ginger to garnish the chicken
  • Take a tray and add some barbeque sauce,
  • Place the pieces in tray.
  • The Tandoori chicken recipe is completed and the chicken dish is ready to be served.
