Ingredients:
Mutton Qeema Ghotala
• Mutton Mince – ½ kg
• Chopped Onion – 1
• Chili powder – ½ teaspoon
• Turmeric – ½ teaspoon
• Powdered Garam Masala – 1 teaspoon
• Chopped tomatoes – 3
• Crushed and Roasted Cumin – 1 teaspoon
• Chopped Green Chilies – 3
• Beaten Eggs – 3
• Oil – ¾ cup
• Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 tablespoon
• Chili powder – 1 ½ tablespoon
• Powder of Coriander – 2 tablespoons
• Yogurt – 1 /2 cup
• Salt – 1 ½ teaspoon
• Tomato – 1
• Chopped Ginger – As per requirement
How to Prepare:
Mutton Qeema Ghotala
Heat the oil in a pan and add in it onions, fry for five to seven minutes, till they turn into light golden color.
Next, you will have to add the ginger paste along with red chili, tomato, cumin, turmeric, mince, and coriander.
Fry this mixture properly and after some time make the addition of yogurt and again fry. One cup of water should be added and cover the meat and allow it to get cooked till it gets tender.
In the next step, you need to add eggs and mix them properly.
In the last tomato should be added along with garam masala, ginger, coriander leaves, and green chilies.
Leave it on the stove for five minutes and your Mutton Qeema Ghotala will be ready.
