Traditional Sawaiyan | Sweet Vermicelli Recipe

Ingredients:

Sawaiyan 01 cup

Milk 01 liter

Sugar ½ cup

Pistachio ¼ cup

Almonds ¼ cup

Dried dates 08-10

Khoya ¼ cup

Cardamom powder ½ tbsp

 

Traditional Sawaiyan | Sweet Vermicelli Recipe

Preparation Method:

 

Firstly, boil milk and add cardamom powder in it. Then add sugar and stir gently.

Then add khoya in this milk and cook for 12 to 15 minutes on a medium flame.

Heat oil in another pan and fry swaiyan until light brown color appears. Add all chopped dry fruits in the pan and cook for 02 minutes.

Lastly, add prepared milk in the pan and cook for 05 minutes on a low flame.

Yummy traditional sawaiyan are ready.

Serve and enjoy when chill.
