Rainbow trout fillets, 4 large

Garlic clove, crushed, 1

Ground coriander, 1 tbsp

Fresh mint, finely chopped, 2 tbsp

Paprika, 1 tsp

Natural yogurt, ¼ cup

Pitta bread and Salad, to serve

 

Preparation Method:

Use a sharp knife to slash the flesh of the trout fish fillets deeply at smaller distances.

Combine coriander, garlic, paprika, mint, and yogurt. Mix the fish fillets with this mixture evenly and marinate around an hour.

Cook the trout fish on a barbecue or under a fairly hot grill, keep turning and make it crisp and golden.

Trout Fish recipe is ready, dish up hot with pitta bread and a salad plate.
