Trout Fish Recipe

Trout fishes are very good in value and cook quickly on a grill or barbecue. Mackerel and herring can also be cooked in this way.



Ingredients: Trout Fish Recipe


Rainbow trout fillets                                       4 large

Garlic clove, crushed                                      1

Ground coriander                                            1 tbsp

Fresh mint, finely chopped                            2 tbsp

Paprika                                                              1 tsp

Natural yogurt                                                  ¼ cup

Pitta bread and Salad                                       to serve



Preparation Method: Trout Fish Recipe


Use a sharp knife to slash the flesh of the trout fish fillets deeply at smaller distances.


Combine coriander, garlic, paprika, mint and yogurt. Mix the fish fillets with this mixture evenly and marinate around an hour.


Cook the trout fish on a barbecue or under a fairly hot grill, keep turning and make it crisp and golden.


Trout Fish recipe is ready, dish up hot with pitta bread and a salad plate.
