4 eggs
1 cup of Turkish YOGURT
1 piece of the garlic clove (mashed)
2 tbsp of butter
1 tsp of dried chili flakes
¼ cup of walnut, crushed
2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
1 flat leaf parsley
1 tsp of red peppercorns

Crack each egg in a separate little, shallow bowl. Prepare the water you need to poach eggs. Allow the water to boil over high heat and add vinegar. Reduce the heat to allow to simmer.
Create a vortex inside the water and add eggs one at a time gently one after another by lowering the bowl and pour gently into the water.
Cook for about three minutes or continue to cook for a soft yolk or even for about four to five minutes for yolk hard. Drain excess water with the help of the paper towel.
Stir in the yogurt into a bowl and add in mashed garlic then, stir. Share the yogurt in serving plates
Put the butter in a small skillet and heat over medium heat. Melt your butter together chili flakes and sizzle and crushed for about one to two minutes till the butter changed to golden color.
Put the eggs over yogurt and pour in the spiced butter alongside the walnuts over the eggs. Garnish your eggs using parsley and sprinkle using red peppercorns, pepper, and salt to taste.
