Vegetable (Sabzi) Pulao Recipe

Many People do not like meat, beef or chicken, they can go for vegetable Pulao recipe. It is similar to the meat, beef or chicken pulao. It is a delicious tasty vegetable recipe that you must try at your home.

 


Ingredients (Vegetable (Sabzi) Pulao Recipe)

 

• Rice – ½ kilograms
• Potatoes – 2
• Green Chilies – 6
• Currants – 100 grams
• Cumin Seeds – 1 teaspoon
• Oil – 4 tablespoon
• Green peas – 1 cup
• Carrots – 2
• Butter – 50 grams
• Black pepper – 1 teaspoon
• Salt – 1 teaspoon

 

How to prepare Vegetable (Sabzi) Pulao

 

• Take and heat a pan with the butter and make the addition of black pepper, green chilies, and salt add water use low flame for cooking.

• When little water is left take it away from stove and in separate pan oil should be heated and potatoes should be added along with carrots and green peas start by frying these and make the addition of water.

• After, vegetables get tendered and water is dried make the addition of salt and boiled rice.

• Currants should be added and allow to simmer for ten minutes.

• Pulao is ready, serve it in front of the guests with yogurt raita.
