• 10 pieces of green cardamom
• 2 tablespoon of butter
• 1 tablespoon of ghee
• 25 grams of almonds
• 25 grams of cashews
• 25 grams of raisins
• 1 kilogram of semi cooked basmati
• 100 gram of sugar
• 500 gram of milk
• 50 gram of cream
• A pinch of saffron.

-Add margarine inside a pan. Put in ghee for flavor. Add the almonds, cashew nuts and raisins then stir constantly for 2 to 3 minutes.
-Put in the semi cooked basmati rice and blend perfectly.
-Put in cream and milk inside sauce pan and place it on burner for about 5 minutes.
-Put in sugar and whisk for 2 minutes.
-Inside the milk add saffron and place it on top of burner for about 3 to 4 minutes.
– Put in the milk inside the rice and cover and allow it to cook for about 5 minutes.
