  • 1 cup 140 gram packed pitted dates ( Soak inside water for about 10 to 15 minutes and drain before you start the processing)

  • ½ cup of raw almonds 75 grams
  • 2 tbsp (30g) of raw almond butter
  • 1 tbsp of ground cinnamon

  • 1 (100g) of tiny gala apple, chopped
  • 1 tsp of coconut palm sugar (organic)
  • ¼ cup (40g) rolled oats.

 

Preparation Method:

  1. Soak your dates in hot water and allow it to remains for 10 to 15 minutes to make it soft before you drain it.
  2. Put in dates, almonds, apple rings, almond butter, nutmeg, cinnamon, powder, protein powder as well as chopped apple in food processor then process for about 3 to 5 minutes.
  3. The mixture you will get supposed to be a bit sticky but mainly smooth batter.
  4. Inside large plate, spread the palm sugar and oats.
