Butter Chicken Curry Recipe

For marinating:

Chicken 250 grams

Salt as required

Green chili paste 01 tbsp

Ginger garlic paste 01 tbsp

Red chili powder ½ tbsp

Lemon juice 01 tbsp

For Curry:

Tomatoes 02 (medium)

Onion 01 (medium)

Cashew nuts 08- 10

Salt to taste

Garlic paste 01 tbsp

Red chili powder ½ tbsp

Yogurt 02 tbsp

Whole spices powder 01 tbsp

Butter 01 tbsp

Kasuri methi 01 tbsp

Fresh cream 02 tbsp




Butter Chicken Curry Recipe

Preparation Method:

Take a large bowl, put the chicken, and add red chili powder, green chili paste, ginger garlic paste, salt to taste, lemon juice. Mix well and keep aside for 30 minutes to marinate.

Now, heat up oil in a pan and fry marinated chicken until golden.

Take another pan and fry the onion in it. Add all ingredients like yogurt, tomatoes, cashew nuts, and cook for 05 minutes.

Then put this mixture in a grinder and grind it well and make a thick paste of curry.

Fry and stir the gravy paste in a pan. Then add fried chicken, butter, cream, kasuri methi and cook for 05 minutes on a medium flame.

Cover with a lid and cook for 03 minutes on a low flame.

Garnish with some fresh cream and coriander leaves.

Serve hot with naan and enjoy this delicious dish.
