Baby Sweet Potato Cakes with Sticky Caramel-Pecan Sauce

• 1/3 cup of buttermilk
• ½ cup of chopped and toasted pecans
• CRISCO Butter Flavor without any stick cooking spray
• Caramel-Pecan Sauce
• Vanilla ice cream ( if you like)
• ½ cup of softened butter
• 1 cup of crushed sugar
• 1 teaspoon of baking soda
• 2 pieces of large eggs placed at normal room temperature
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
• ½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon
• Grounded Ginger
• 1 can of drained and smashed sweet potatoes
• Heavy Cream (if you like)

 

Preparation of the Baby Sweet Potato Cakes with Sticky Caramel-Pecan Sauce

 

• Whisk butter with sugar at an average speed using an electric blender until the mixture is smooth. Then add eggs one after another, beating to ensure even mixture before adding another.

• Mix both baking soda and flour together. Add of the ½ flour mixture with butter mixture, blend at minimum temperature, ensuring that you stop to scrap the sides and the bottom of the bowl. Add the remaining flour mixtures and blend perfectly. Add your vanilla and ½ teaspoon of salt, Ground ginger, ½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon, Can of sweet potatoes. To serve the dessert adds Vanilla ice cream or with heavy cream (ice-cold) if you want.
