How to make Caramel Apple Cake Recipe

Caramel Apple Cake is one of the dessert foods known for its health benefits as well as taste. The word “dessert” is from Old French word “desservir” which can be interpreted in English to mean cleaning table. This wonderful cake is crowned with sautéed slices of Apple and sprinkled in a yummy Sauce made with Apple Brandy-Caramel.


Ingredients: Caramel Apple Cake Recipe


The ingredients needed for preparation of this wonderful desert food is divided into two and that is for Cake and Apple. For the Cake the following are the ingredients:

• 1 1/3 cups of firmly packed light brown sugar
• ¾ cup of butter and 3 big softened eggs
• 1 teaspoon of Vanilla extract
• 1 teaspoon table salt
• 2 cups of multi-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon of grounded cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon of baking powder
• ½ teaspoon baking soda
• ¾ cup of buttermilk.

For the Apples the ingredients needed include:

• 2 pounds of 6 Red apple
• ½ cup of light brown sugar that is firmly packed
• ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon cornstarch
• 1 pinch of table salt
• 2 teaspoon of butter.


Baking Method:  Caramel Apple Cake

1. Increase the temperature of the oven to about 350 degree and mixture the1 1/3 cups of firmly packed light brown sugar and ¾ cup of butter with a soft speed using heavy-duty electric sand mixer and ensure it get fluffy and light. Then add eggs one by one and ensure that you beat the egg until it blend before adding another. Stir the mixture in a vanilla.

2. Beat the flour together and add 3 large softened eggs, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 2 cups of all-purpose flour and 1 teaspoon of baking powder and ensure that you add the flour mixture with sugar mixture alternately with buttermilk and also start and conclude with flour mixture and ensure you whisk until it blended.

3. Then, ensure that you bake the cake with 350 degree oven heat and allow it to stay for 50 minutes pending to when the wooden stick you put in the center come out without stain.

4. After you are done with preparation, arrange your sautéed apples over chilled cake and sprinkle with preferred amount of temperate Sauce of your Apple Brandy-Caramel.
