- For burgers:
- 4 large size burger buns
- 4 Cheddar cheese slices
- 2 pounds fresh ground beef
- Roasted garlic Aioli
- 10-11 chopped and roasted small cloves garlic
- ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon lime juice fresh
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- Pinch cayenne pepper
- Freshly ground salt pepper and salt
- 2 minced large size garlic cloves
- Compound butter
You will need to stir garlic, cayenne, tarragon, parsley, basil and butter together. Season it with pepper and salt.
Making Methods: Cheese Butter Burger Recipe
In order to prepare burgers, preheat the oven to broil. Make 4 patties of ground beef. Take a slice of butter compound and stuff it inside the burgers.
To get required doneness, broil the burgers. On the each piece of burger add some slice of butter. After add another slice of cheese.
Heat up the burgers in oven until the cheese melts or broil the burgers briefly.

In a food processor, blend the garlic, cumin, cayenne, paprika, lime juice and mayonnaise until smooth.
For compound butter
In order to make the compound butter, you will need to stir garlic, cayenne, tarragon, parsley, basil and butter together. Season it with pepper and salt.
In a 6 inch long mound spoon the mixture. Use a piece of plastic wrap to spoon the mixture. Enclose the mixture into this plastic wrap or fold the plastic wrap over this mixture. Make a log after rolling this mixture. The size of this log should be about 2 ½ inches in diameter.
Chill for 2 hours until firm and serve hot
