  • 2 medium sized bananas
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • 5-7 ice cubes
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ginger, minced
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 ½ cups vanilla almond milk

 

 

Preparation Method: Ginger Banana Smoothie with Turmeric

 

  • Use a large size blender to blend all the ingredients combine, bananas, vanilla almond milk, hemp seeds, turmeric, ginger, honey and ground cinnamon. Blend this mixture for 20-30 seconds. Continue the blending process until the mixture become creamy and smooth.
