1 packet lasagna Sheet

1/2 kg beef minced

1 tbsp crushed ginger

1 tbsp crushed garlic

2 chopped onion

1 tsp chili flakes

1 tsp turmeric powder

salt as taste

1 tsp cumin powder

1 tsp coriander powder

2tbsp tomato ketchup

1 cup tomato puree

1 tbsp butter

2 tbsp plain flour

1 cup milk

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

Preparation Method

In a deep pot add water and bring boil in it.

Add lasagna and cook till soft.

In another pan add oil and onion.

Fry till translucent.

Add ginger and garlic chopped.

Then add the minced beef.

Mix it well.

Add chili flakes, salt, powder, Cumin powder, and coriander powder.

Combined all the ingredients well.

Add tomato puree and cook till meat is tender.

In a deep pot add butter

Melt it then add the plain flour.

Mix it well.

Add milk, salt, and black pepper.

Cook till white becomes thick.

Add mozzarella cheese.

Mix it well and till and well combined all the ingredients.

In an ovenproof dish spread the layer of white sauce.

Then place lasagna.

After it spread prepared minced mixture, mozzarella cheese, and white sauce.

Repeat the procedure again.

In a preheated oven cook I for 20 -25 minutes on 180 or until cheese is pink.
