2 cups, chicken boneless, small pieces
2 tbsp lemons extract
1 tsp garlic, chopped
4 whole spring onions, cut in small pieces
1 tbsp chaat masala
½ red chili, crushed
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp vinegar
Salt and black pepper to taste
1-cup yogurt, beaten
1 tbsp chopped mint
2 tbsp oil

Clean chicken properly and marinate it with lemon extract, vinegar, salt, black pepper and chaat masala. Leave it for half an hour.
Heat oil in a pan, adds spring onions, and ginger in oil to fry. After marinating the chicken add to the pan, add tomatoes, olives, chopped red chili, and cook chicken for five minutes.
