Cutlets can be made with meat, fish, veggies, paneer and more. It is very much liked recipe by all members of the family. It can be used as a snack for kids also.

 

Ingredients: Meat Cutlets, Chicken Cutlets, Desi Cutlets Recipe

• Minced Meat/Chicken ½ kilogram
• Ginger and Garlic paste 1 teaspoon
• Chopped Green Chilies 3 to 4
• Chili powder 1 tablespoon
• Crushed and Roasted Cumin 1 teaspoon
• Eggs beaten 3
• Bread crumbs According to the requirement
• Chopped onions 2 tablespoons
• Chopped Green Chilies 3 to 4
• Chili Powder 1 teaspoon
• Salt According to the requirement
• Bread slices according to the requirement
• Oil 1 cup

 

 

How to prepare Meat Cutlets, Chicken Cutlets, Desi Cutlets Recipe

 

– First of all you need to ensure that meat/chicken has been minced two times because this is very much important. You should start by adding all spices that have been mentioned above to the minced meat and mix them properly.

– Make round pieces of medium size and carefully cover it with small bread crumbs and give them shape of cutlets by flattening. Take cooking oil inside a pan and heat it, after this the cutlets should be dipped one by one in beaten eggs and then fried in oil till they get golden. Take out of the pan and serve with sauce and tomato ketchup.
