Tzatziki makes a dazzling party dip that is served with Kebabs or salads. I learned this Tzatziki recipe during my visit to Athens. This Greek yogurt sauce is so simple to make on your own. It is a great accompaniment to the barbecued meats and fish during the summer season garden parties. It is also nice to serve as a dip with pita bread.

You can dish up it immediately, but I like better to allow the tzatziki dip to keep in the fridge for 3-4 hours to get the flavors. It can be served chilled or at room temperature.

Choose Greek-style yogurt for this dip as it has higher fat content than other types of yogurts that giving it a rich and creamy texture.
