Beef and Mushroom Burger Recipe

Onion small – chopped, 1

Mushrooms, 150 grams

Minced beef – lean, 450 grams

Dried mix herbs, 1 tsp

Tomato puree, 1 tbsp

Flour, to give shaping

Salt, to taste

Black pepper, to taste


Preparation Method:

Place the onion and mushroom in a chopper and start to process until it is finely chopped. Now, add the beef, bread-crumbs, herbs, tomato puree, and seasonings. Process for few seconds until the mixture combined together but their texture still remains.

Divide the mixture into 8-10 pieces, then press into burgers shape using lightly flour hands.

A fish slice for turning that prevents the burgers from breaking up during cooking.

Cook these burgers in a no-stick frying pan, or a hot grill for 10-15 minutes, turn on other-side and cook until light brown evenly. Serve with your favorite sauce and fresh green salad, in pita bread or burger buns. Enjoy!
