Cheese Samosa Recipe


Refined flour, 500 grams

Egg, 1

Mozzarella cheese (grated), 250 grams

Salt, to taste

Water, as required

Cooking oil, 2 tbsp + for frying


Preparation Method:

Mix flour with egg, salt, and 2 tbsp cooking oil in a bowl and make it in hard samosa dough. Leave aside for 30 minutes.


Make small balls of the samosa dough. Sprinkle flour on the board and make small rounds.


Place grated cheese on 1 side of rounds and fold over to give them semi-circular shape.


Fold samosas and close down by pressing the corners with a fork.


Heat cooking oil in a bowl-shaped frying pan and fry samosas till becoming golden.


Remove from the pan and place it on absorbent paper.


The Cheese Samosas are ready. Enjoy it!
