Honey Brown Butter Popcorn

Put 3 kernels of popcorn and oil in a large pot. Cover it and heat until kernels pop. Pour in remaining kernels and cover it, shake it well for popping. Shake the pot occasionally and remove it immediately from heat once it pops slowly 2 to 3 seconds between pops. Put all popped popcorns in a bowl and remove partially popped kernels.

Take a large fry pan and melt the butter to light color. Swirl the pan to cook butter evenly. Let the butter become foam once it melts. Color will be toasty-brown from lemony-yellow and golden-tan.

If it becomes nutty aroma, remove the pan from heat and scrape the brown butter to a heatproof pot. Add salt and honey and stir consistently until it melts. Sprinkle over popcorn bowl well and mix to coat all popcorns completely. Serve the recipe immediately.
