Ingredients:

Thin Beef steaks 8
Marinade
Soy sauce, 4 tablespoon
Orange juice, 2 tablespoon
Olive Oil or Corn oil, 2 tablespoon
Tomato ketchup, 2 tablespoon
Soft brown sugar, 2 tablespoon
Ground ginger, 1 teaspoon
Grated zest of Orange, 1 orange
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Spring onion (thinly sliced), a small bunch

Make the marinade: Mix all the ingredients together, including the spring onions and making sure that dissolves.
Put 4 beef steaks in a dish so they do not overlap one another. Spoon over half the marinade and put few pieces of spring onion on each steak.
Put the remaining chops on top and spoon the rest of the marinade over them. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, basting occasionally.
Remove beef steaks from the marinade and grill under high heat for about 4 minutes on each side. Spoon the marinade with the onions on the beef steaks when you turn them, so the onions become brown and crispy. Serve Marinated Beef Steak Recipe at once on a warmed serving plate.
