• 10 pieces of green cardamom

• 2 tablespoon of butter

• 25 grams of almonds

• 25 grams of cashews

• 1 tablespoon of ghee

• 25 grams of raisins

• 1 kilogram of semi-cooked basmati

• 100 gram of sugar

• 500 gram of milk

• 50 gram of cream

• A pinch of saffron

Add margarine inside a pan. Put in ghee for flavor. Add the almonds, cashew nuts and raisins then stir constantly for 2 to 3 minutes.

Put in the semi-cooked basmati rice and blend perfectly.

Place the cream and milk inside saucepan and place it on the burner for about 5 minutes.

Put in sugar and whisk for 2 minutes.

Inside the milk add saffron and place it on top of the burner for about 3 to 4 minutes.

Put in the milk inside the rice and cover and allow it to cook for about 5 minutes.

Serve your Zafrani Pulao Hot.
