This spaghetti recipe is a speedy midweek meal that can also be made with other pasta shapes. Spaghetti with Tuna Sauce has superb flavor.

 

Ingredients:

Spaghetti with Tuna Sauce

Spaghetti 450 g
Garlic clove, crushed 1
Chopped tomatoes 400 g
Tuna fish, canned 425 g
Chili sauce (optional) ½ tsp
Black olives, chopped 4
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste

 

Preparation Method:

Spaghetti with Tuna Sauce

Cook the spaghetti in lightly salted boiling water for12 minutes or until just tender. Drain well and keep hot.

Add the garlic and tomatoes to the saucepan and bring to boil. Uncovered and simmer for another 2-3 minutes.

Add the tuna fish, chili sauce, if using, the chopped olive and spaghetti. Heat well, add the seasoning and serve hot.
