Ingredients for Biryani:

  1. Red chili powder 01 tbsp
  2. Salt as required
  3. Whole red chili 5-6
  4. Dried plum 3-4
  5. Crushed coriander 02 tbsp
  6. Whole cumin 02 tbsp
  7. Whole cinnamon 02
  8. Cloves 4-5
  9. Black cardamom 2-3
  10. Turmeric powder 01 tbsp
  11. Black pepper 6-8
  12. Ginger 01 medium piece
  13. Fennel seeds 02 tbsp
  14. Carom seeds 01 tbsp
  15. Tenderizing powder 01 tbsp

Ingredients for Korma:

  1. Beef 01 kg
  2. Soaked rice 750 gram
  3. Tomatoes 2-3
  4. Potatoes 3 medium size
  5. Onion 03 medium size
  6. Garlic powder 02 tbsp
  7. Ginger powder 02 tbsp
  8. Yogurt ½ cup
  9. Green chili 4-5
  10. Whole spices as required
  11. Fresh coriander leaves 02 tbsp
  12. Fresh mint leaves 02 tbsp
  13. Orange food color ½ tbsp
  14. Oil 01 cup

How to Make Sindhi Beef Biryani?

  1. Blend all the spices except dried plum, cinnamon, and black cardamom.
  2. Heat up oil in a cooking pot; add chopped onion and fry until light brown color appear.
  3. Then add beef and fry well. Add ginger powder, garlic powder, and mix it.
  4. Include yogurt and prepared biryani masala and cook water separately.
  5. Add some water and cook meat on a high flame until beef is tender.
  6. When the meat is half cooked, add potatoes in it. Give a layer of tomatoes on the top of korma and also add green chilies.
  7. Garnish with mint leaves and coriander leaves.
  8. Cover it and cook on a low flame.
  9. Now take an extra bowl and add water in it. Add some salt, cardamom, cloves, black pepper, and bay leaf and bring to boil.
  10. Then add soaked rice and cook the rice.
  11. Now set a layer of boiled rice on top of korma and some fried onion.
  12. Add a pinch of orange food color.
  13. Keep on dum for 20 minutes on low flame.
  14. Delicious Sindhi beef biryani is ready.
  15. Dish it out and serve hot.
