Ingredients:

Cauliflower Paratha Recipe | Gobi Paratha Recipe

Cauliflower, ¼ kg

Red chili powder, 1 Tsp

Whole wheat flour, 2 cups

Cooking oil or Ghee, to fry

Fresh coriander, chopped, 1 tbsp

Mint leaves, chopped, 1 tbsp

Green chilies, chopped, 1 tbsp

Salt, to taste

Water, to knead to a dough

 

Preparation Method:

Chop cauliflower finely; add salt and cook without water for about 5 minutes or till cauliflower is tendered.

Make it cool then mix in the red chili powder, mint, chopped coriander, and the green chilies.

Make a dough with the flour and water. Take a small piece of dough and flatten a bit. Put a spoonful of cauliflower mixture in the center. Cover with another piece of dough. Roll gently with a rolling piece and make a small paratha.

On a frying pan, fry the cauliflower paratha with oil or ghee till browned on both the sides.

Cauliflower Paratha or Gobi paratha is ready, serve with chutney.
