You can make Crispy Shrimp fast in your kitchen. It is an appetizer recipe to be made urgently and serve as a starter. Very easy to make, these shrimp donuts can be enjoyed hot, with sauces like lemon mayonnaise, curry sauce, or why not spicy ketchup. Some add a little beer or sparkling water to the dough to make it even lighter … although the egg white already gives a lot of lightness to the dough!



Crispy Shrimp Recipe

100 g flour

150 ml of milk

1 egg

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Salt & pepper

1 pinch of salt

Cooking oil

450 g Cooked thawed shrimps


Preparation Method:

Crispy Shrimp Recipe

Heat the oil in the fryer or in a pan.

Mix the egg yolk and the milk.

Mix the flour, curry, baking powder and salt, then add the milk and egg, mixing to obtain a smooth paste.

Then add the egg white mounted on the snow gently.

Roll the shrimp in a little flour.

Dip them in the dough mixture.

Fry for 2 minutes, until the donut is golden brown.

Place on paper towels and serve hot, sprinkled little paprika powder if you want hot.
