Cooked king shrimps, peeled 20
Sunflower oil 1 tbsp
Garlic cloves, roughly chopped 3
Tomatoes, chopped 3
Dried, crushed red chilies 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Mango chutney 1 tsp
Green chili, chopped 1
Fresh coriander, chopped to garnish
Spring onion, chopped to garnish

Heat the oil in medium saucepan and add the chopped garlic.
Lower the heat. Add the chopped tomatoes along with the salt, chilies, mango chutney, lemon juice and fresh chili.
Finally, add the shrimps, turn up the heat and stir-fry quickly until they are heated through.
