Fish Creole Recipe

Fish fillets, boneless, 450 g

Lemon juice, 1 tbsp

Olive oil, 2 tsp

Onion, finely chopped, 1 medium

Green pepper, seeded, sliced, 1

Cayenne pepper, ½ tsp

Garlic salt, ½ tsp

Tomatoes, chopped, 400 g


Preparation Method:

Fish Creole Recipe

Cut the Fish fillets into bite-sized chunks and sprinkle with the lemon juice.

In a large nonstick pan, heat the olive oil and fry onion and pepper until softened. Now, add the cayenne pepper and garlic salt.

Mix the fish fillets with the chopped tomatoes. Bring to boil then cover and simmer for about 5 minutes or until the fish flakes easily.

Serve Fish Creole with boiled rice or potatoes or pitta bread.
