Cabbage, shredded, 2 ½ cups
Margarine, 4 tbsp
White cumin seeds, ½ tsp
Dried red chilies, sliced, to taste
Onion, sliced, 1 small
Carrots, grated, 2
Salt, to taste
Lemon juice, 2 tbsp
Preparation Method:

Melt the low-fat margarine in a saucepan and fry the white cumin seeds and dried red chilies for about 30 seconds.
Add the sliced onion and fry for about 2 minutes. Add the cabbages and carrots and stir-fry for a further 5 minutes or until the cabbage is soft.
Finally, stir in the salt and lemon juice and serve Healthy Vegetable dish either hot or warm.
