Tangdi Kebabs (Chicken Drumsticks Kebab) recipe is a dish that is originally moved from India. The dish is mostly served with the sauces. It is a very popular kebab recipe in India and Pakistan. You can easily cook tangdi kebabs in the homes. Chicken Drumsticks Kebab (Tangdi kebab) is an appetizer that is served in any parties and home on the weekends. It is eaten with or without roti or bread.



Tangdi Kebabs Recipe

  • 800 grams Chicken (leg pieces)
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 table spoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup Gram Flour
  • Butter for basting
  • 1 table spoon Turmeric Powder
  • 2 table spoon Spices Powder
  • 2 table spoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 250 grams pure Yogurt
  • 2 table spoon Lemon Juice
  • 3 table spoon Chili Powder
  • 3 chopped finely Green Chili

  • Take a pan and add gram flour.
  • Heat the pan and stir the pan.
  • The gram flour will turn brown and there is fragrance around the kitchen.
  • Wash the chicken pieces, dry the pieces.
  • Take a bowl and add ginger garlic paste.
  • Add the pure yogurt, salt turmeric powder.
  • Mesh the ingredients, add lemon juice and marinade.
  • Add spice powder and chili powder.
  • Add water and green chili.
  • Add pepper as per requirement, salt should also be added.
  • Place the bowl at room temperature and wait for at least 3 hours.
  • Take a tray, place chicken pieces, and start to marinate.
  • Add gram flour to the bowl.
  • The thick marinate should stick to the pieces.
  •  After coating the pieces, wait for 5 minutes.
  • Heat the oven at about 250 centigrade.
  • Take a foil, use a brush to make an oil coat.
  • Cover the tray with the foil, and place the tray in the oven for about 20 minutes.
  • Take the tray out and baste it with the butter.
  • Again place the tray in the oven.
  • Wait for ten minutes.
  • Sprinkle spice
  • The Tangdi Kebabs dish is ready to serve.
