You will need the following ingredients for this recipe.
- Fresh coriander up to 20 gram
- Chicken (boneless) 1 kg, cubes
- Black salt just a pinch
- Mint 10 gram
- Salt just to for the taste
- Mustard oil 75 gram
- Fennel seeds (saunf) 1 tsp
- Chopped onion 200 gram
- Onion seeds 1 tsp
- Chopped garlic 2 tsp
- Chopped tomatoes 150 gram
- Green chili 2 to 3
- Ginger chopped 1 tsp
- Tomato paste just 1 tsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
- Curry leaves 2 tsp

Preparation Method
Teekha Murg | Spicy Chicken Recipe
Directions to prepare Teekha Murg are as under:
Pour in the mustard oil in cooking pan or container and add fennel and onion seeds
Let them release their color and flavor
Add chopped garlic and cook for a couple of minutes
Add chopped green chili, onion, ginger and tomato and make the onion brown
Beside this, fry curry leaves and then crush like a powder
Put the tomato paste and boneless chicken cubes in the cooking pan on the fire and fry it
Add all rest of dry spices and mix everything properly and completely
Keep the lid on and cook the recipe for 10 minutes, but on low flame
Add powder of crushed curry leaves and mix them
Garnish the Teekha Murg recipe or spicy chicken recipe with fresh mint and coriander to serve the guests.
