Ingredients:

1kg Boneless beef

1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste

1/2 cup Soya sauce

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp black pepper

2 tbsp Tenderizer powder

2-3 tbsp Oil

Coriander leaves for garnishing

Preparation Method

In a bowl add beef.

Then add ginger garlic paste, soya sauce, salt, black pepper, and tenderizer powder.

Mix it well.

Let it rest for 2- 3 hours.

In a deep pan add oil.

Then add marinated beef.

Mix it well.

Cover it and cook for 5 minutes.

Add water and cook till meat is tender.

Take off the lid then cook on medium to high flame for 2 minutes.

Dish it out.

Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves.
