Keema Biryani | Qeema Biryani | Minced Mutton Biryani
Ingredients:
- Rice 500 gram
- Almonds 15 -20 peeled
- Yogurt 01 medium cup
- Desi ghee 02 tbsp
- Chopped onions 01 cup
- Ginger paste 1/2 tbsp
- Garlic paste 01 tbsp
- Coriander powder 1 ½ tsp
- Chili powder 01 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Minced beef meat 1/2 kg
- Milk 01 glass
- Mint 01 bunch
- Green chili 2
- Salt as taste

How to Prepare Keema Biryani?
- First of all, soak rice in water for thirty minutes.
- Soak almonds in water for some time. Remove the skin and set it into a bowl.
- Â In a mixing bowl add yogurt, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt then beat well.
- In a pot heat oil add onions and fry it till brown.
- Add yogurt mixture into onions and heat for 2 minutes.
- Then add minced beef and fry well on a medium flame.
- Take a cup of water and add in the mince. Roast on a low flame.
- Â Add milk and almonds.
- Mix it well.
- Take another pan Boil rice in this water until fully cooked.
- Now, add a layer of boiled rice in a pan and spread minced beef on it. Sprinkle mint leaves and green chili on the top of the minced beef
- Add the remaining rice and mince.
- Now, cover with a lid and allow it to simmer.
- Delicious Keema Biryani is ready.
- Serve hot with raita and salad.
